Processing Times
Orders are prepared with care before dispatch. In-stock pieces generally leave our studio within 2–4 business days. Personalized, made-to-order, or preorder pieces may require additional time as noted on the product page.
Domestic Shipping
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and do not include processing time.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking information.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only before the order has entered fulfillment.
What if my parcel is delayed or lost?
Please contact customer care with your order number. We will review the tracking and help determine the next step.
