Eligible unworn items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, with all packaging and proof of purchase included.
Return Eligibility
Returned jewelry must be unworn, unaltered, and free from damage. Personalized, engraved, custom, final-sale, and hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
Contact customer care with your order number and the item you wish to return. Do not send a parcel back before receiving return instructions and the correct return address.
When will I receive my refund?
After the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Are original shipping costs refundable?
Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
