Responsible Business Practices Policy
PORMENT aims to conduct business with integrity, respect, accountability, and consideration for people and the environment. This policy is a public statement of intent and should be adapted to reflect our actual operations.

This Responsible Business Practices Policy describes the standards, trading as PORMENT, seeks to apply across its operations, business relationships, and decision-making. It applies to employees, contractors, business partners, and other parties acting on our behalf, where appropriate.
2. Ethical Conduct
We expect business to be conducted honestly, transparently, and in accordance with applicable laws. We do not knowingly tolerate fraud, bribery, corruption, improper payments, conflicts of interest that are not disclosed, or misleading business practices.

We support internationally recognized human rights and seek to work with people and organizations that respect dignity at work.

8. Reporting Concerns
Concerns about suspected misconduct may be reported to porment.shop@gmail.com. Reports should be made in good faith. We do not support retaliation against a person who raises a genuine concern or participates in a review.
